Location:	Atlantic Ave., Portsmouth RI
Project File:	An oceanfront summer cottage that has not been changed in many decades needs to undergo a dramatic change to enlarge the kitchen area, add outdoor living space, and enlarge the tiny upstairs bedrooms.

Renderings done by Duxborough Designs using digital 3D modeling, enhanced with "Raytrace" technology to produce stunning lifelike visuals. (Standard with all new design development)

A screen porch at the walkout lower level forms the main level deck.

With the proposed changes, the house must still retain it's cottage charm.
