Project File:	Surrounded by tidal ocean waters and marshland, this house sits in a truly spectacular setting. Conservation restrictions limit the size of the house and the number of bedrooms, so the varied rooflines and facades make the house look somewhat larger than it really is. The look is that of a Nantucket Colonial crossed with a Captains Home.
