Location:	Landing Rd 2, Duxbury, MA
Project File:	A new house built on the restricted footprint of an existing cottage, this house takes advantage of multiple marsh and ocean views, and tries hard not to overwhelm it's small site. The eclectic style fits in with this beach community

Renderings done by Duxborough Designs using digital 3D modeling, enhanced with "Raytrace" technology to produce stunning lifelike visuals. (Standard with all new design development)

An inviting entry and lots of roof overhang gives house a traditional but customized cottage feel.

Expansive marsh views to the rear are brought into the house with a large expanse of glass.
