A new house built on the footprint of an existing ranch style
house on a oceanfront lot. Because the lot is in an area of
much smaller cottage style houses in the "Rocky Nook" area of
Kingston, the house is modestly sized by todays standards, in
an attempt to fit into the neighborhood.
