A 150 acre horse farm with a decaying farmhouse and a barn ready to tumble down was the starting point for this massive reconstruction effort. The house was gutted and complelely refitted in antique farmhouse style. The barn was torn down, with most of the wood salvaged for re-use. A "new" old barn was the raised, with all the timbers coming from a barn that had been dimantled in Pennsylvannia, all the timbers having been numbered for re-assembly. A connecting wing was then built between the house and barn.
